Publix 12/19

Publix was packed today with people getting ready for Christmas, but I managed to do pretty well despite it being so busy. Here are a few of the good deals I got:
2 cans of Dole pineapple (FREE)
2 cans Carnation evaporated milk (FREE)
1 box Betty Crocker instant potatoes (FREE)
2 Breyer's ice cream ($2/each)
1 Wesson Canola Oil ($.75)

I bought a few other things, like fresh green beans, sweet potatoes, butter, coffee, and sugar. I also splurged on some crab at $4.99/lb for some variety in our weeknight meals. At that price it's still much cheaper than eating crab at a restaurant! I also got some lunch meat to take to work for lunch this week.

I ended up spending $39, and my savings were over $40 putting my savings at over 50%! All in all a good trip to Publix.
