I ran into Publix on the way home from work today just to grab a few items I had coupons for, plus a few sale items I didn't! The best of what I got:
- Kraft Philly Cream Cheese Minis, reg. price $1.89, had free coupon
- Strawberries, on sale $2, had $1.75/1 store coupon wyb Sara Lee pound cake
- Sara Lee pound cake, $1.89, had $1/1 MQ
- Oscar Meyer bacon, on sale $3, had $1.50/1 MQ
- Bob Evans sweet potato sides, on sale $2.50, had $1/1 MQ and $1/1 store coupon
I just realized looking at my receipt that the Cool Whip I bought that I thought was $.99 rang up $2. Oh well, to me it's not worth going back to argue over $1. I could have bought the wrong size too! I also grabbed some Heinz ketchup, Betty Crocker muffin mix, Kraft salad dressings, asparagus, potatoes, and canola oil. All in all I only spent $21.21 including tax, and saved $29.25!
