Awesome trip to Rite Aid!

I saved over 93% at Rite Aid today, and bought a microwave light bulb we desperately needed!

I spent $2.19 + tax oop for all this stuff! That's great considering the microwave lightbulb was full price ($5.49 - gasp!). I wouldn't have bought it here, but I was able to use a $5/25 redplum coupon, so I bought it instead of just using my $4/20 coupon that I know I will use before it expires.

Made money at Rite Aid again!

Rite Aid definitely has me hooked. If they keep this up I may never have to go to CVS again!

I could have made even more money by buying other items with full rebates, but I actually did need Ziploc bags so I worked them into my scenario.

Spent: $13.31 (including tax) and $1 + Up Reward
Received: $17.46 SCR and $1 +Up Reward (on the bags)
Total profit: $4.15!!

Saved 66% at Publix

I actually thought I had done better than 66% after my trip today, but it's still over my goal of 50% so I will take it!

Decent week at Publix. I didn't need a whole lot that was on sale, but I did pick up a few of the items.

I love love love love Rite Aid! While everything I bought today wasn't free, I was able to get my favorite brand of paper towels for cheap! I usually buy whatever is cheapest as far as paper towels go, but when Kleenex Viva is on sale, I just can't pass it up! I feel like I use half the amount of paper towels so it's worth the extra little bit of money.

I ended up spending $5.14 oop, and saved 82%. I realized after the fact I only needed to buy one coffee to get to $25 in order to use my $5/25 coupon, but after +up rewards and my coupon the coffee is only $1, so it didn't bother me too much. I used $10 +up in this transaction, and left with $9.69 +up rewards!
